Manchin and sinema on the substance of such a large bill, to say nothing of the filibuster. >> i don't know what we're going to see this bill get broken up, in part because of the process problems that plague this from the beginning. if you're not going to get to 60 votes in the senate on any of these smaller pieces, breaking it up might allow house democrats to vote again on some of these more popular pieces of build back better, but it doesn't move them any closer to becoming law. i do think that this speaks to the problem that democrats have. they know that they cannot ride into the midterm...
