Bolivian Prosecutor s Office admits complaint against Jeanine Áñez
La Paz, May 12 (Prensa Latina) Bolivian Prosecutor s Office on Tuesday admitted the complaint of Andrónico Rodríguez, president of the Senate, against former President Jeanine Áñez for allegedly extending her functions.
The lawsuit was opened because the de facto president (Jeanine Añez) extended her functions as president of Parliament and also head of State, Sergio Bustillo, La Paz Prosecutor´s Office coordinator, said.
Rodríguez raised the accusation under the criminal figures of sedition, conspiracy, attribution of the rights of the people, resolutions contrary to Constitution and laws, among others.
