Nobelovec naj bi jo leta 1965 najprej omamil z alkoholom in drogami, nato pa naj bi jo šest tednov redno zlorabljal. Po obtožnici, v kateri je domnevna žrtev opisana kot J. C., naj bi Dylan izkoristil svoj zvezdniški status in si pridobil njeno zaupanje, da bi nad njo imel nadzor in uresničil svoj načrt, da jo zlorabi.
