Gareth Thomas, from St Helens, said he ordered a munchie box from Hot Stuff, on Duke Street, and was ‘shocked’ to see the creature on his salad. After already eating a fair bit of the meal, Gareth said the slug ‘popped up’ out of nowhere from under the salad.
