Apr 29, 2021 — Brendon M. Carr, 25, Wellsville, was cited with failure to control, OVI and possession of marijuana at 11:47 p.m. April 20. Carr was traveling on state Route 7 in St. Clair Township when he drove off the road, striking a ditch and sign before overturning.
