Mayor truly believes this is going to help those that need these services. he says this is an issue that persists and at least is trying to address this issue. he has been the mayor since january, right? we know from his team that he has been on the city streets talking to people, trying to find solutions. it started with breaking up those encampments of homeless people, trying to get them the services they need, also stopping people from sleeping on trains. this is sort of the next evolution, as he calls it, in that process. there needs to be tweaks to that. he hopes to get that feedback and ...
