Justin Paperny, 45, is a business owner and former federal inmate currently based in Irvine, California. While working as an investment banker at UBS, Paperny was involved with a fraudulent hedge fund that was part of a Ponzi scheme. He pleaded guilty in 2007 to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and securities fraud and was stripped of his licenses to sell stocks and real estate.
