Ben-Gvir's plan to set up a national guard police force has been slammed by both Palestinians and the Israeli opposition, who have described it as akin to a "militia".
Powers of the new force will be discussed by a committee comprised of all Israeli security agencies, which will submit recommendations within 90 days
