Assam village where just one family lives
No 2 Bardhanara village in Assam's Nalbari district, which was once prosperous, now has only one family living there due to the lack of a proper road. The family of five has to travel through water and muddy paths to reach the nearest motorable road for school and college. Despite the tough conditions, the family ensures proper education for their children. With no electricity, they study under kerosene lamps.
