They have to stay in place. they can't quit their jobs when their spouses are transferred. all of this is undermining i think the morality of our military in a totally unnecessary. you can make the appointment that you're pro-life or pro-antichoice. but don't put the military under the anvil here and weigh them down with questions about where they're going, if they're going. or are they just getting out? can we afford to have that kind of dampening of morale. i don't think so. >> and you were the defense secretary under president clinton any advice to the current one on how to handle something...
