Wednesday, May 5, 2021 Lowe Jenkins: ‘If you saw him ride, you didn’t forget him’ On Jan. 15, 2019, Barry County was rocked when it learned the news of the death of Exeter native Mason Lowe. In that moment, Exeter, Barry County and the PBR nation stood together as one to mourn the loss of a friend, husband, son and much more. In the months that followed, locals and PBR stars alike worked together to bring honor to Lowe in an event that brought everyone together to do two of the things that he will always be best remembered for — riding bulls and helping others.
