Staff Reporter GUWAHATI Inquiry Committee Setup to Probe Irregularities in Dibrugarh University: Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has constituted a high-level inquiry committee to probe the irregularities allegedly indulged in by Prof. Ranjit Kumar Tamuli, Vice Chancellor (since suspended) of Dibrugarh University.
