Michell Bucknell was arrested Tuesday shortly before 4 p.m. in the 600 block of Sycamore Avenue after deputies from the Vista Sheriff's Station Community Policing and Problem-Solving Unit contacted two people inside a parked vehicle, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
A probation compliance check in Vista Tuesday morning led to the arrest of a 32-year-old man, authorities said.
Deputies arrested Dylan Monroe on numerous charges and booked him into the Vista Detention Facility.
Police said the arrest took place during the post-graduation festivities with a minimum of disruption.
