故事開端是海角隧道一間別墅發生鬧鬼事件大瀧工廠的工程師男有川潤和加藤侍奉大瀧吾郎所長之名進行調查，發現一台機器收到電波而發出一首音樂，經調查後是從岬奧電波觀測站發出。與此同時，此機構亦為此音樂觸發的奇怪信號尋找女主角神野銘幫忙，而負責製造警報機的正是大瀧工廠，在搜查背景資料時無意下載了有川設計的AI電腦助理程式，及後神野名其助理為佩羅二號。翌日，怪獸正式出現，從此他們就踏上解決世界怪獸大危機的舞台。...
