Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Aug 26: Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricul-tural Sciences & Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-J) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Himalayan Forest Research Institute (HFRI) Shimla (HP).
