Lewes Deputy Mayor Bonnie Osler will not seek another term on city council.  Osler, who is nearing the end of her fourth term, said it is time to step aside. “If people are thinking about running or even wondering if there’s going to be an open seat, I kind of owe it to them to give them a heads-up,” Osler said.
