Contacted and talked to. but let me take it into a different context. when i was a young officer i responded to a burglary in progress alarm at a home. when i pull up in the driveway, alone, i saw a young teenager running out of the backyard towards the other house. i yelled to stop, they kept running, i chased that person down, handcuffed him around the tree until i could ascertain if i was alone with other suspects or what had happened. turned out it was a false alarm. so i went back, uncuffed the young man who was white and apologized profusely. but in the totality of circumstances, with an...
