The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Adamawa State has called on the Chairman of Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) Professor Mahmood Yakubu to sack the Resident Electorial Commissioner (REC), for Adamawa State, Barrister Hudu Yunusa. The council stated that the Nigerian constitution empowered INEC to conduct elections and declare winners.
