Dan Whelan The developer’s residential arm has submitted an application to build 81 homes on land between the B5419 and Clock Face Road in Sutton Heath.  Breck Homes bought the seven-acre site, south of St Helens town centre, from Searchdash Holdings for an undisclosed sum.
