San Diego road crews began work Wednesday on resurfacing streets in and around Clairemont, Bay Ho, City Heights, Ridgeview and Emerald Hills.
The University of Adelaide will be adapting the global citizen science platform SciStarter for Australia, thanks to a $160,000 grant from the South Australian Government’s Citizen Science Fund.
According to the city, streets are selected for resurfacing through a pavement management system that helps to determine when to schedule streets for repair.
The city of San Diego's ongoing slurry seal program repairing and resurfacing roads around the city will move into Rancho Bernardo and Scripps Ranch in the coming weeks, it was announced Thursday.
