MEB, 3 yıl şartını yanlış yorumlayınca bir çok öğretmen il dışı nakile başvuramıyor
Yönetmeliğe göre öğretmenlerin il dışı yer değiştirmeye başvurabilmesi için
bulunduğu ilde 3 yıl çalışması gerekmektedir. Ancak, MEB; proje okulları, güzel
sanatlar ve spor liseleri ile bilim ve sanat merkezlerinde çalışan öğretmenlerin
il dışı yer değiştirmelere başvurabilmesi için, ilde aranan 3 yıl çalışma şartını,
aynı eğitim kurumunda geçirmiş olma olarak yorumladı. Bir çok öğretmen
bu nedenle başvuru yapamıyor.
