“A number of faculty, staff, administrators, business owners and elected officials have asked me if I would consider running,” Kinnamon told The Desert Sun.
The 67,000-square-foot building with classrooms, a café, offices, science labs and a student services center is slated to open in late 2023 or 2024.
"We don't want (the college) doing a presentation and then leaving with no accountability of answering questions," Councilmember Christy Holstege said.
