JOB PURPOSE The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for effective management of resource mobilisation, programme support, partnerships, and communications for AKF Tajikistan’s portfolio ensuring sufficient funding and appropriate grant management for all key initiatives in line with the Global Programme Framework, internal and external policies and regulations. She/he will be based in Dushanbe City with frequent travel to rural Tajikistan, and report to the Chief Executive Officer of AKF Tjk.
