NXT Recruitment first to move into £1.3 million ModVillage at Kingmoor Park The first occupiers have moved in to a unique office complex in Carlisle. The £1.3 million ModVillage at Kingmoor Park is a first of its kind for Cumbria and provides office space from recycled shipping containers. NXT Recruitment has moved in and now occupies 1,080sq ft.
