Knoch Primary principal charged for failing to report alleged sex abuse, police say
Pennsylvania State Police say a Butler County elementary school principal failed to report alleged sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl. Knoch Primary School principal Dr. Greg Mandalas is a mandated reporter through his employment with the district, police said. They charged him with “Persons Required to Report Suspected Child Abuse”
