The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has warned Nigerians against irregular migration to avoid unpleasant consequences. The Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer of NiDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, gave the warning when she visited some Nigerians in one of the shelters in Brampton, Canada. A statement on Thursday by NIDCOM's Director, Media, Public Relations and Protocols Unit, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, said Dabiri-Erewa used the occasion to advise Nigerians travelling abroad to ensure they go legitimately with proper documentation.
