External investigators appointed by Johannesburg's Group Forensics and Investigation Services to probe the alleged irregular R27-million Proton House transaction have been obstructed from doing their job.
Phalatse claims that the Johannesburg Property Company has engaged in an act of fraud or corruption involving millions of taxpayers’ money.
Phalatse took to Twitter on Wednesday morning and announced her arrival at the Hillbrow Police Station where she said she intended to lay criminal charges against the JPC, which she said "appears to have engaged in an act of fraud or corruption, involving millions of taxpayers’ money siphoned off to a company linked to the ANC".
