James went on to discuss criticism he had received about his business. “A lot of people criticise us and say it’s just a restaurant - it is a bit of a restaurant, it’s not really a drinking pub," he explained. “It’s not the sort of place where hundreds of people stand around the bar, but it could be and it is a pub so you can just go there for a beer or a glass of wine. “It’s going to be quite difficult to sell the idea to people if you’re going to have a Ribena with your supper."
