Balopi, Matsheka's Parley dilemma
Hardly three months since their exit from Cabinet, the ruling party’s high profile legislators Dr Thapelo Matsheka and the Secretary General, Mpho Balopi are yet to make a visible mark in parliament as backbenchers and already there are questions as to what their posture in parliament is or will be.
