Police Seek Information In April 27 Homicides Bay City News Service FacebookTwitterEmail RICHMOND (BCN) Richmond police on Tuesday appealed for the public s help in solving two homicides that occurred less than 30 minutes apart on April 27. Officers responding to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of South Second Street and Ohio Avenue about 6:45 p.m. found a man in a car who had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. A second shooting was reported about 15 minutes later and officers located a victim with multiple gunshot wounds in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Pullman Apartment complex. The second victim was also pronounced dead at the scene.
