Evil. he has a lot of will and weapons but he is an evil man and he has targeted civilians populations for years and gotten away with it. you go back to 2004 he first poisoned a political pont. in 2008 he invades georgia no consequences. 2014 he steals crimea. medals in u.s. elections. and pulses bombing into syria into civilian populations not just because he is trying to help the evil assad but also because he wanted to pulse refugee waves into europe to destabilize time lines there and this guy has not known consequences. now we're having these debates whether he is a war criminal or not. h...
