The police said that the incident took place around 10 pm on April 9 in Pargenagar area of Kondhwa, when the 58-year-old Yemeni citizen was walking towards his home in Mithanagar with his wife.
According to police, one of the accused initially had a physical relationship with the girl, and she became pregnant.
