Punjab Weather Update: The weather in Punjab has started to deteriorate again as a fresh Western Disturbance has become active once again. Due to this, an orange alert has been issued today in 17 districts of Punjab — Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Moga, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Ludhiana, Barnala, Sangrur, Rupnagar, Fatehgarh Sahib and Patiala.

Punjab Weather Update Today: The second month of the year has started but there is still no relief from cold day conditions. The cities of Punjab observed hailstorm on Thursday and people were seen enjoying the weather with a drop in the temperature. The tables turned after a bright sunshine appeared the next day i.e. Friday.

Punjab Weather Rainfall News Update Today: Although Punjab has been issued a organge alert, cold day conditions and dense fog continue to prevail across the state, with most of the areas reporting rainfall as well. Punjab on Wednesday registered a slight rise of 3 Degrees Celsius. India Meteorological Department stated that it was appreciably above normal by 3.9 Degrees Celsius in the state. 

Punjab Weather News Update Today: Although Punjab has been issued a yellow alert, cold day conditions and dense fog continue to prevail across the state. Punjab on Tuesday registered a slight fall of -0.3 Degrees Celsius. India Meteorological Department stated that it was above normal by 2.2 Degrees Celsius in the state. 

Punjab Weather News Update Today: Punjab has been issued red alert as cold day conditions and dense fog continue to prevail across the state. Punjab on Thursday registered a rise of 1.3 degrees Celsius. India Meteorological Department stated that it was still near normal in the state.
