In an advisory Monday, DPWH Acting Secretary Roger Mercado said all national roads are passable despite the volcanic eruption. Meanwhile, DPWH-5 (Bicol) director Virgilio Eduarte said they have installed warning signs along intermittent portions of Daang Maharlika that were affected by the ash falls in the towns of Juban, and Casiguran.
