hello, i'm anna foster in southern israel. this is bbc news. you can see the gaza skyline behind me, let's bring you up—to—date with some of the developing lines in the story this morning. the un's agency, unrwa, says it is worried that civil order is starting to break down, following three weeks of war. it says while there was a communications blackout in the last few hours, warehouses had been broken into, people carrying away bags of flour, white, essential things, boxes of hygiene kits and other basic supplies for life. we know so little aid is getting into gaza at the moment...
