Chillicothe Utilities Director Brad Long reports the east bound lane between Applebee's and Walgreens that allows for egress to Bridge Street will be closed this Thursday, June 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The entrance to the Lowe's garden center will be closed as well.
