As Mayor Jeff Leal went to flip the switch on the 35-foot Christmas tree in Quaker Foods City Square downtown, at a ceremony packed with people recently, he told the
“Quaker Foods City Square brought a tremendous amount of energy to the downtown last winter with thousands of people enjoying the new outdoor skating rink," Mayor Jeff Leal.
