Quezon City to launch KyusiPass contact tracing app | Philippines Lifestyle News

The Quezon City government will launch the KyusiPass application to intensify its contact tracing efforts.
According to Mayor Joy Belmonte, the app could monitor persons who visit different establishments in the city.
“Currently, our businesses are requiring their guests to fill-up health declaration forms. Through our KyusiPass, they will just tap their QR code onto the scanner and their information, including their name and mobile number, will automatically be sent to our servers handled by our City Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance Unit (CESU),” Belmonte explained in a statement.
Belmonte said each person with a valid mobile number is working, living, or doing business in Quezon City must get a personal QR code. ....
