Parents say complaint 'swept under the rug' after B.C. pharmacy error leads to overdose for 5-year-old
A boy with autism was given sleeping medication compounded at 14 times his prescribed dose. After a complaint to B.C.'s College of Pharmacists, his parents were shocked to see there would be no punitive measures for the pharmacists involved, and no public notification.
