CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga - The Technical Educational and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will provide skills training to dependents of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Zambales. Emmanuel G. Aguinaldo, provincial agrarian reform program officer, said on Wednesday that he met and discussed with TESDA representatives how to empower the ARBs' children not only in the field of agriculture.
