JAMMU: A toddler cheated death by a whisker even as five of her family died in a road accident in Batote area in J&K’s mountainous Doda district late Monday. She was initially reported missing but was later found alive at the accident spot. Police said the family from Ganika village in Doda town was on its way from Doda to Batote when their vehicle went out of control and rolled into a 250ft-deep gorge at Ragi Nullah, about 20km from Doda town, around 7.15pm.
