Striving for excellence Daily News (via HT Media Ltd.) Kalmunai Mahmood Ladies College Advance Level Student Inamullah Moulana Fathima Zaireen who won the Gold Medal for the International Science Technology and Engineering Competition conducted by Indonesia Java University in February 2020 and brought fame to Sri Lanka was honoured by A R Munsoor Foundation, Victoria, Australia by being awarded the A R Munsoor Memorial Women Achiever Award – 2021 “Star Performer of the year” for her outstanding achievement in academic excellence in the International Science Technology and Engineering Competition. She received a cash prize of Rs 50,000. Around 400 students from 25 countries participated in this International competition.
