Campers with Nevada Blind Children's Foundation enjoy day on the rails News 3 Staff UP NEXT Twenty-three spring break campers with the Nevada Blind Children's Foundation enjoyed a day on the rails in Boulder City on Wednesday. Kids and their chaperones rode rail bikes at Rail Explorers and received a special adaptive tour of the historic trains at the Nevada State Railroad Museum. Participating children, who range in grades pre-K through 12, are either blind or low-vision.
