Let s talk toilets. People in Proctor are noticing neon-colored ones around town lately. And these little loos, are on the move.
Senior Wyatt Okstad has been on potty patrol lately. For the past week, he and his brother have been placing toilets in people s yards, using the cover of night.  Usually we put it near the front of the driveway, he said.
We try and do it as sneakily as possible, so we don t get caught, he chuckled.
