Enel Américas buys up parent company's assets in Central and South America
Enel Américas, the Chile-based subsidiary of Italian renewables company Enel Green Power (EGP), has acquired the latter’s Central and South America operations, excluding those in Chile. The transaction was valued at approximately $6 billion.
