Thousands were killed because it wasn't all that prepared. i was in galveston in 2008 for another big storm there. are you looking at evacuating to avoid what bill is talking about here? >> not at this time we're on the outskirts of the storm right now. we'll be closely monitoring it. we're mostly concerned about the tidal run-up we'll see as a result of the storm surge as well as these huge rain amounts they are predicting for us. any time we get large rain amounts on top of huge tides it cause problems. >> galveston is a huge beach tourist destination. are you telling people who are expected...
