That low pressure will continue to feed in showers as we look at the forecast into wednesday, but just to the south—west, we've got these zones of thicker cloud out in the atlantic — they're waiting to move in to bring more general spells of rain. now, wednesday will start off with one of those areas of rain moving eastwards across england and wales. the rain in the morning does clear out of the way pretty quickly, sunshine will follow, so an improving weather picture here. but for scotland and northern ireland, today's weather is going to be very similar, really, to what we had on tuesday...
