And west of the country, we will see more in the way of rain or drizzle coming and going through the day. parts of scotland, northern ireland especially, heaviest bursts likely in the morning. but more cloud on wednesday across wales and a good part of england compared with tuesday. and even that in the west could bring some rain or drizzle at times. many, though, staying dry. central and eastern areas brightest for longest with some sunshine. temperatures here in the low to mid 20s. then as we go through wednesday night and into thursday morning, that south westerly flow brings extensive cloud across the country. a bit of rain at times, but especially for the hebrides. for many spots, though, it s going to be a story ofjust how it ll be overnight. these are the temperatures into the morning. most places sitting no lower than around the mid teens. now, for thursday, the set up looks familiar. the azores high, low towards iceland. some weather fronts draped across the far north and west ....
And that high pressure is firmly over us really into sunday. there will be increasing breeze, maybe a few weather fronts bringing cloud and rain to 0rkney, shetland and the hebrides. the vast majority dry. morning mist and fog clears. long sunny spells, and it is going to be another pretty warm if not hot day. temperatures to the west of london towards the midlands and parts of north west england, 25 28 degrees, maybe a little bit more. so, will that warm weather last into next week? well, at the moment, certainly for england and wales, as cardiff, london forecasts show, that is likely. little bit fresher in scotland and northern ireland. will be closer to an area of low pressure, but where does this low pressure go? if it goes to the north of us, we will stick with the warm weather. if it pushes to the east of us, which there is a chance, cooler conditions may develop through the week. but southern areas. ....
Of the cloudier days of the week. more extensively that is across the uk. but even with that cloud in place, it he will only take a brief glimmer of sunshine to lift the temperatures widely into the 20s. it will be a humid day. less humid, though, as we go into friday. weather front pushes across scotland and northern ireland. not much on it. pressure is too high to bring too much rain. a few showers here in there, maybe a few brighter breaks compared with thursday. further south will start cloudy, drizzly, some sunshine developing and still in the humid air for england and wales with temperatures still widely low to mid 20s. and then as we go into the weekend, got the warm air in place, then you bring on much more in the way of sunshine as our area of high pressure starts to build more widely across the country. the grounds pretty warm, the temperatures should rise further. now, there will be some morning mist and low cloud around. a bit foggy in places. maybe some more cloud to the f ....
You you cannot talk. you call me and asked what the racket was in the background? that was the racket. cicada, they will go soon but let s get back to that thriller idea. he will talk. hello. it s been humid so far this week, and we re about to step that up again over the next few days. let me just show you what s happening on the big picture. we ve got the jet stream coming back into play this week, pushing to the north of us, bringing a deep area of low pressure to the south of iceland, building the azores high pressure to the south and east of us. and the proximity of those two will strengthen those south westerly winds coming all the way up from the mid atlantic, bringing increasingly humid air. and if you look downwind, lots more cloud. this is the view from space on tuesday afternoon. so, that cloud is pushing towards us. it s going to bring a bit more in the way of rain or drizzle, especially across western areas. not a huge amount, though, as you can tell from our rainfall char ....
