Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has recommended a CBI inquiry against IAS-turned-social activist Harsh Mander's Aman Biradari NGO for alleged Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) violations, government sources said on Monday.
MHA's recommendations were given to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to begin an investigation into Mander's NGO.
