Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba, former mayor Tony Yarber, former public works directors Kishia Powell, Robert Miller and Jerriot Smash, the Siemens Corporation, Siemens Industry, Inc. and Trilogy Engineering Services LLC were named as defendants.

Current and former city leaders named in the lawsuit
